Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it and issue a KQ order number. Prices are shown in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).

Stock is limited and may sell out between adding to bag and checkout. If an item becomes unavailable we will contact you and refund or replace it.

Unworn items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Fragrances must be unopened.
